Location: Madhya Pradesh (Each Division shall have one Senior Assocaite)

Division Details: Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Narmadapuram, Rewa, Sagar, Shahdol, Ujjain

Position Overview:

The Senior Associate (Project Management Unit) will be responsible for the effective implementation of Muskaan Dreams' programs across an allotted division in Madhya Pradesh. This division will consist of a group of districts, and the Senior Associate will be the face of program implementation from the PMU team to the district and division.

The role requires extensive government liaison, organizing and delivering teacher training, ensuring effective implementation in collaboration with government officials, stakeholder management, partner reporting, ensuring engagement in schools across the division, monitoring and evaluation, and data-driven decision-making for the project in the division. The Senior Associate will have extensive travel within the Divison ensuring program implementation across Divison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation:
  • Lead the effective implementation of Muskaan Dreams' Digital Shaala programs across the allotted division.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Muskaan Dreams and district/division-level government officials.
  • Ensure alignment of program activities with district and state educational policies and standards.
  • Government Liaison:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, school authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate government approvals and support for program activities.
  • Represent Muskaan Dreams in government meetings, workshops, and forums.
  • Teacher Training:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive teacher training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure teachers adopt digital education tools and platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, school leaders, teachers, and community members.
  • Foster strong partnerships with local NGOs, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Develop and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework for the program.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess program impact and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive program improvements and decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements and standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of associates and coordinators within the division.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of working closely with government officials and agencies.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering teacher training programs.
  • Proficient in using and implementing digital education tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in government or public school systems.
  • Familiarity with educational policies and standards.
  • Proven track record of successful project management in education.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in project management or education technology are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Experience working with government or public school systems is highly desirable.
